As part of my leadership role at Factory International, I led on the strategic design, delivery and evaluation of the adidas Originals Creator Network North — a six-month creative development programme for 20 underrepresented young people across the North of England.
I oversaw the full programme lifecycle, including:
Designing the theory of change and overall impact framework
Leading on strategic planning, delivery and day-to-day team management
Managing resources and budgets at director level
Embedding a co-creation approach, working with young people to shape the programme
Facilitating a collaborative partnership between Factory and adidas Originals
Leading evaluation and reporting, centring participant outcomes and long-term impact
The project placed underrepresented young creatives at the heart of culture — offering access to industry mentorship, production support and creative opportunities.
